The programming at Hybrid Athletics is inspired by the CrossFit Methodology that we need to perform “Constantly Varied, Functional Movements at High Intensity”.
Our programming changes from day-to-day, week-to-week and month-to-month so it never gets “stale”. Our coaches have tremendous experience programming for General Physical Preparedness (GPP) and Elite Fitness/Athletics, and our daily programming manages to find a balance between these spectrums that allows everyone to be challenged each and every session, while still being able to participate in classes and foster a great sense of community.
For those athletes that want a little more than can be offered in a 1 hour class, we offer a Level 2 membership which includes unlimited Open Gym time as well as extra Accessory programming. Talk to a coach or Service Desk staff member for more info.
Our programming is proven to produce amazing results from General to Elite Fitness. Hybrid has sent 3 Teams to the CrossFit Games (2012, 2013, 2014) as well as 2 Masters Athletes in 2017 (Nate Beveridge – 10th place Masters 35-39; Robbie Perovich – 2nd place Masters 40-44). Year round access to the programming at Hybrid is available via Instagram and FaceBook for our Current members at no extra charge.
