5 rounds (10 min cap): 200m run + 10 Burpees
MOB (5 mins + during SWOD): Pec, Banded Bully, Calf, Hamstring,

SWOD: (15 mins) Establish a 2 rep max bench

WOD: For Time:
100 push-ups + 4 Km run + 100 push ups (scale to 50/run/50)
