2 min Max cal row
Rest 2 min
2 min Max cal ski
Rest 2 min
2 min Max cal assault
Rest 2 min
Repeat all cardio with 1 min Max and 1 min rest

Round 1: 165/.38/45/33/35
Round 2: 80/.17/22/15/20
Comparing the scores per round vs Justin:
Justin 5, Trent 4 and one round was a tie.
