WU: (15 mins)
3 Rounds: 10 MB Scoop Throws + 30s HS Hold + 15 Bandy Good Mornings
MOB: Hamstring, Glute, Bully, Lat

SWOD: (25 mins)
5 min warm up + 5 Rounds E4MOM
5 TnG Deadlifts + Build to a Max Deficit HSPU between rounds.

SWOD: worked up to 345# x 5 on the deadlift and deficit HSPU with kip was 7 x 10# plates on each side.
WOD: 8:11 as Rx’d. The HSPU were (as Nate explained) Hybrid Rx’d which was a 25# plate on each side of a regular abmat or if using a Fitness town abmat, a 25 and 10# plate on each side. It was certainly tougher than using a Fitnesstown abmat with 25# plates.
