Athlete’s Edge

HYBRID ATHLETICS is committed to helping athletes of all ages and abilities develop their physical tools and reach their potential. The ATHLETE’S EDGE Program is designed for those athletes who are looking to gain an edge on their competition. Whether your team trains already with us and you want to get in an extra session, you don’t train with a team but want you want to join some group sessions, or you want to supplement your personal training package with some competitive group interaction, the ATHLETE’S EDGE is the place for you.  There are programs designed specifically for all ages:

MINIS: 5-9 year olds:  Focus is on developing correct motor/movement patterns through fun and competitive game play.   TUES/THURS 3:30-4:15pm

JUNIOR: 10-14 year olds: This program is a great mix of Speed Agility and Quickness, combined with Functional Fitness programming to help develop the overall athlete.  MON/WED/FRI 3:30-4:30pm

SENIOR: 13-17 year olds: This program touches on Athletic Development through Agility and Plyometric training. The main focus is developing Functional Fitness through Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting, Gymnastics and Metabolic conditioning.  This class is a much closer version to our regular CrossFit/Bootcamp class programming. TUES/THURS 7-8pm.

CROSSFIT TEENS: We allow experienced Teens to join our Adult classes on Mondays and Wednesdays during our 7pm class (provided that they have been through our OnRamp Program or have been approved by our head coaches).  MON/WED 7-8pm.
