What is Crossfit?

CrossFit is promoted as both a physical exercise philosophy and also as a competitive fitness sport. CrossFit workouts incorporate elements from high-intensity interval training, Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, powerlifting, gymnastics, girevoy sport, calisthenics, strongman, and other exercises. It is practiced by individuals all over the world who complete daily workouts (otherwise known as a "WODs" or "workouts of the day").

WU: (7 mins)
400m Run + Dynamic stretch

MOB: (8 mins)
Low Dragon, Pigeon, Straddle, Puppy Dog

ACTIVATION: (10 mins)
Seated Glute Activation
Tricep Extension
Hip Thrusts
Banded Pec Fly
TWY + Rotator
Scap Pullup
Banded HSPU + Front Squat

WOD: For time (10 min cap)
50 BB Thrusters
200m Run
15 Bar Muscle ups / 30 C2B pullups
200m Run
10 MB over Shoulder (150/100)

2 Classes on Saturdays now!!!

Reminder that starting tomorrow we will now be hosting 2 classes on Saturdays.

@ 8:15 am we will be running a classic BOOTCAMP class.  This will be programmed similar to our Tuesday Bootcamp Classes.

@ 9:30 am will be our traditional Saturday programming.  A mix of BOOTCAMP & CROSSFIT that is scale-able to all levels.
