What is Crossfit?

CrossFit is promoted as both a physical exercise philosophy and also as a competitive fitness sport. CrossFit workouts incorporate elements from high-intensity interval training, Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, powerlifting, gymnastics, girevoy sport, calisthenics, strongman, and other exercises. It is practiced by individuals all over the world who complete daily workouts (otherwise known as a "WODs" or "workouts of the day").

WOD – FRIDAY – DECEMBER 2nd

WU: (10 mins)
Death by Burpee (Max 10 Rounds – just a warmup)
Dynamic & Dowel stretches during early rounds

MOB: (7 mins)
Puppy dog, Eagle in Saddlem Low Dragon, Lizard, Frog, Forward Fold

ACTIVATION: (8 mins)
Inchworms
Banded good mornings
Seated Glute ABduction
KB arm bar
TWY + Rotator + Pec fly
Foam slides
Single Leg squat

SWOD: (20 mins)
8 mins to warm up Deadlifts to 75%
5 Round E3MOM: 5 Deadlift @ 75%

60 Bar-facing Burpees
